What Living in the Country Sounds Like

There are certain noises that you associate with living in the country, and for me, the most significant is the sound of a rooster crowing. When you live in a city for a while and move back into the country, that early morning "cock-a-doodle-doo" is what lets you know you're home.

Cows are the other thing that makes me think of being out of the city. I love hearing them "moo".

Does anyone have anything to add to this?
